Mitzi Kincaid

Mitzi has extensive experience in both business and business law. She holds a BSBA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a JD from the North Carolina Central School of
Law.

Mitzi is a member of the New Hanover County Bar Association and SC Bar. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. Mitzi is also an instructor and curriculum developer for Cape Fear Community College.

Mitzi started Indie Tree, Inc. in 2016. She is a member of the Cameron Executive Network at UNC – Wilmington where she mentors students interested in business and law. She regularly lectures on the benefits of estate planning to many non-profit organizations throughout the state of North Carolina.

Her primary practice areas are wills, trusts (including special needs trusts), estate planning and business law and business entity formation.
